It’s hard to put in to words the pride, happiness and excitement I feel when I get a text like I just did. She had her baby 4 weeks ago and will wait to do a program, with me! She is so excited to work with me and doesn’t want just any resource, she wants me to help her through recovery. I can’t believe I have changed my life in such a way that I get to help these women change theirs. It’s pure joy.

Recovery after labor is an option for women, it’s not a secret suffering, we can be stronger and more confident than we were before we were mothers. Let’s keep doing this ladies!
