NEXT SERIES BEGINS SEPTEMBER 17, 2024 / TUES & THURS 10:00-11:00 AM CST
HYBRID session - you may join virtually or in person at Northshore Wellness Collective. This class is taught over the course of 3 weeks, meeting 2 times per week plus 1 individual recap session. This is ideal for the woman who is 6+ weeks postpartum (or close) and would like to support to regain core and pelvic floor strength. This class provides more intensive programming, especially useful if you are on Maternity Leave. All classes will be recorded if you are unable to attend.
You will receive individual attention in a small group setting. Space is very limited in order to provide the best experience for everyone. At the end of the course you will understand how to properly engage your deep core and feel total body strength to prepare you for the sport that is motherhood. Improving form will allow you to tackle movements at home or during exercise with confidence. This is the safe and effective start you need for your postpartum recovery.

Virtual Series: $250
6 group (60 min) + 1 personal session (30 min)

Props Provided: mini band, long theraband, Pilates sponge ball (9”) and balloons
Additional Props Required if Virtual: Mat/Comfortable floor space, light weights (ideally 3-8 lbs)
Individualized attention to regain core & pelvic floor strength and confidently enter back in to an exercise routine, safely. Pregnancy, labor & delivery require proper healing and attention, this customizes it for your specific experience.

My goal is to not only strengthen your core and pelvic floor but help you stay safe during exercise and everyday activity - picking up your baby, breastfeeding, even loading a dishwasher! I also want you to get the most out of EVERY movement. Maximize the impact of your workouts and design exercise that is best suited to you.
