I've been doing one of your 12 min tabatas each day for the last 21 days and it's been so great. I was really struggling to find time to workout (because who has time with little kids!) but it's been seriously motivational, accessible, and a lot of fun. My 2 year old, usually "participates" too. Last night he repeated something he must have heard me say - "ooh, this is a hard one!". You can probably imagine how cute that was.

The postnatal bootcamp was just what I needed after having my c-section. I had a lot of complications and was really nervous about returning to working out. Alex was so incredibly knowledgeable not only about proper body mechanics to prevent injury, but specifically what muscle groups to progressively target post-baby. Every exercise was modified for each person in the class based on our abilities. I honestly have better posture, squat form, and plank form than before I was pregnant. Alex's class was so much more than just a fitness bootcamp, though. She covered scar massage for us c-section mamas, as well as stretches for all of the aches and pains that come with breastfeeding, pumping, and holding a baby. I had terrible pain in my shoulders and upper back from pumping, and after a few days of doing the stretches, the pain had completely diminished, and a month and a half later it hasn't returned! I couldn't recommend Alex's bootcamp enough and will forever be grateful for all of her guidance and support!

I just completed the postnatal recovery fitness program by Alex. I have always enjoyed working out, but after working with Alex, I realized that I had been doing so many things to incorrectly while working out. She helped improve my posture, head/spine alignment, and I'm now constantly thinking about how to use my core properly while doing every day activities. I feel so much stronger in just three weeks (6 sessions) and know that whatever workout I choose to do, I will keep her feedback in mind to help me continue to have the best workout to continue to improve my postnatal body. Do yourselves a favor and book your session with her asap!
