New for 2024: Ongoing Virtual Accountability Group

Begins January 4th!

Every Thursday at 12pm, 60 minute class (45 minute workout and 15 minute chat)

What’s better than a group that last 4 weeks and kick starts your healthy habits?! One that keeps you going all year long. My in person groups keep rolling throughout the year and I’m excited to offer the same to all my virtual friends!

Here’s what you get:

  • Once per week meeting for 60 minutes

  • 45 minutes of a challenging (and totally modifiable) workout + 15 minutes of chatting and healthy habit setting

  • An emailed copy of the workout so that you can try it again on your own during the week

  • A text chain and/or Facebook group with continuous check ins

  • Access to a recipe share site with healthy meal ideas at the ready!

  • A community of like minded mothers looking for a way to workout with a group while still being at home

Why?

  • Because finding good routines is challenging

  • Because doing it on your own is even harder - motivation doesn’t just happen, accountability gets you there!

This is for women who are at least 6 months postpartum and are comfortable participating in a more intense workout. We will use dumbbells and bands, there will not be a lot of jumping or HITT movements. We are strengthening all of the areas that us moms really want and need to focus on!!

Cost: $99 every 4 weeks, auto charge. Zero obligation, pause or cancel anytime (life happens!)

In Person Accountability Group

Please email me if you are interested in joining the in person Accountability Groups. We meet at the North Shore Wellness Collective on Wednesday mornings. These are private groups reserved for moms who have done at least one private training series with me.

Challenge yourself and keep working towards your health and wellness goals with other moms! Each 60 minute session starts with a 45 minute challenging total body workout with a focus on core strength. We end with goal setting / check-ins, challenges for the week, and sharing ideas and tips among the group.
