Small Group Postpartum Fitness

3 weeks, 6 classes, programmed to take you through the steps of post natal recovery. Restore and build core strength, and build back the foundation you need to enter in to your normal routine. Don't be fooled, you will get a workout, I promise! But we are going to learn proper movements, education that will last forever. Safe for Diastasis Recti (Ab Separation) and Breastfeeding.



1:1 Training & Recovery

Let's meet in the comfort of your home or building gym and assess "where you are" and how to reach your goals, re-building your core foundation and getting the most out of every workout, building your body back and better than ever! I will come to you.



Prenatal Training

This is the best time to start! Customize exercise to suit your preferences. You may be pregnant but that doesn’t mean you don’t enjoy a great workout! I will help you find classes and modifications that suit you best as well. We will prepare for labor and set you on the best path for recovery.



On Demand Video Programming

Library of 12 minute Tabata workouts, available FREE. Over 40 workouts including pre & postnatal. As a client you also have access to a private library of workouts ranging 5-20 minutes and tutorials to continue your education and recovery journey and push further.




Resources & Support

The goal is to help you in any way possible - allow us to help you navigate gyms, program class schedules, or find providers that fit your needs such as physical therapy, nutritionists, lactation consultants, new moms groups and more. How can we help support you in your motherhood life?
