Postpartum exercise is still largely a mystery to most women. I’m grateful that prenatal yoga and other prenatal fitness classes have become popular, but what about after you have the baby?! What comes next?! Who is guiding you through proper core strengthening techniques? Addressing issues like diastasis recti and prolapse and how to workout or just lead life up and down stairs, picking up baby, doing all the things a mom now does, with these issues? ME!! I am changing this, I want all women to have proper movement technique and how to come out of this 4th trimester period stronger and more confident than ever.
