  • 4 sessions paced over 4-6 weeks

  • Individualized attention to regain core & pelvic floor strength and confidently enter back in to an exercise routine. Pregnancy, labor & delivery create injury and deserve proper healing.

  • We work through different areas of the body including breathe & posture, reconnecting with our deep core and lower abdominals, back including the shoulders and alleviating neck & chest pain from holding and breastfeeding, cross body and obliques (side abdominals), modifications and progressions to arm you with tools for any class!

  • Great for women with diastasis recti and prolapse who need a more personal, focused approach to their healing.
