Start of Fall
Yesterday was the first day of Fall. I tend to get this feeling every year that it is even more of a fresh start than even the New Year. School beginning (typically different than this year, but let’s save that convo for another day!) and a brain shift from the longer slower days of summer to a more organized a purposeful time. I LOVE Summer, don’t get my wrong, but the ultra organized, ‘go-get-em’ part of my brain really starts to fire in the Fall and I love it!
Now, this year, more than any other year, I’m committing to fresh starts. A new city, new schools for my kids, meeting new neighbors and friends and very importantly, growing a new business. Where to begin?!
Here are the goals I’m setting for myself:
In every way, keep exploring and being active, regardless of the weather (ok maybe not pouring rain, but otherwise, yes!)
Don’t be afraid to talk about my business with new people, so many women need my help to stay active and pain free after having a baby
Network with neighbors, friends and make new connections to clients who may be in need of help or studios and gyms where I could find a new community to serve
Continue to create content helping women continue their recovery, on demand, especially those with diastasis recti (ab separation), prolapse, and back pain
Find new and fun ways to exercise alone, with my husband, and with my kids
More to come as a drill down on these, but some food for thought this morning as the sun comes up on another beautiful day!
